Dining tables can be painted in a colour of your choice. There are multiple options for the table tops, including hardwax oils, staining and protective varnishing.
For this particular dining table, we matched the legs perfectly to the new kitchen cabinets. The top was stripped before staining to remove the orange tone and sealed with multiple coats of durable varnish.
After stripping off the old varnish, I applied multiple coats of durable food safe hard wax oils bringing out the natural beauty of the wood.
Originally off white with a dark faux wood top, this has been completely refinished in white along with a dining table, chairs and TV stand.
Refinished to match the white sideboard shown in the previous image.
This is part of a set, all refinished in a matt white for the bases and satin white for the tops. See the 2 previous images.
This was originally an oak unit. The top was stripped, toned back before sealing. The base has been painted white.
The original orange oak consoled table has been painted white with a stripped, lightened and varnished top.
This has been painted green and interiors perfectly decoupaged in a coordinating paper.
Refinished in a dark olive green. The interior door sections and drawers have been decoupaged in a coordinating paper.
Painted in soft pink with decoupaging to the fronts and rear of the mirrors.
Painted in a green/blue, the carvings have been highlighted with wax. The drawer bottoms, inner panels on the doors, and shelves have been decoupaged using Versace wallpaper, carefully planned so the design is symmetrical throughout.

This had a mirrored top section which was removed and cut down for a separate mirror. Two drawers were removed before boarding out ready for an amp and media equipment that perfectly slot in. The body was painted in a light grey. The carved details were waxed in grey and the original hardware restored.

This is part of a stunning three-piece French-style bedroom set that has been beautifully refinished in a softly blended combination of Chateau Grey and Versailles, before ageing with waxes creating a timeless, elegant look with subtle depth and warmth. The wardrobe interior has been transformed with a base of dusky pink beneath a delicate damask-style stencil, adding a touch of vintage romance. Inside, a full-length mirror has been expertly cut to fit the recessed panel of one door.
