Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy To secure your place on the workshop, full payment is required at the time of booking. Spaces are limited to 4 participants per workshop to ensure everyone receives personal guidance and support. Your place will be confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7–13 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to another person. Rescheduling Policy If you cannot attend your booked workshop, you may request to transfer to a future workshop date up to 7 days before the course, subject to availability. Waitlist Policy If a workshop becomes fully booked, you can join the waitlist. If a place becomes available, waitlisted participants will be contacted in the order they joined the list. You will have 24 hours to confirm your place before it is offered to the next person. Minimum Participants Workshops require a minimum of 2 participants to run. If the minimum number is not reached, the workshop may be rescheduled and you will be offered a full refund or transfer to a future date.
